The La Jolla Heights neighborhood is a narrow stretch of land nestled between La Jolla Shores and the La Jolla Village area.  It's bound by La Jolla Village Drive to the north, Gilman Dr to the east, La Jolla Parkway to the south and Torrey Pines Rd (roughly) to the west.  Located near UCSD, the 5 HWY, the La Jolla YMCA and the beach, homes in the La Jolla Heights neighborhood offer a convenient location, at relatively affordable prices.  Recent homes sales have ranged from approximately $1-4M, with the median home price right around $1.3M.  Homes in the La Jolla Heights neighborhood offer great views, quiet streets and there are no business located in this part of La Jolla.
