The Muse Condos La Jolla Located at 1020 Prospect Street, The Muse condos in La Jolla are some of the nicest (and most expensive) condos in San Diego.  With only 16 residences, this ultra high-end condo development is truly unique.  For starters, The Muse is located in the heart of The Village of La Jolla, which is the most central and walkable neighborhood of La Jolla.  You're right next to restaurants like George's at the Cove, Herringbone and Eddie V's, and you're also right next to the Museum of Contemporary Art, the beach, grocery stores and tons of other conveniences.    

The 1st level only has two residences on the west side of the building that range from a 2BR+Den/2.5BA condo with about 2,254 sqft (plus a 1,045 sqft patio) to a 3BR/3.5BA condo with 2,396 sqft (plus a 1,045 sqft veranda).  

The 2nd and 3rd levels each have five condos per floors.  The 1BR/1.5BA condo has 996 sqft and the rest of the condos range from a 2BR/2BA condo with 1,710 sqft, up to a 2BR+Den/2.5BA condo that has 3,102 sqft - there is a 3BR/3.5BA floorpan, but is slightly smaller with approximately 2,800 sqft.  The largest two layouts mentioned previously are the '02 and '01 residences (respectively) and the '01 has by far the best view (there's a building that partially obstructs views from the '02 units below the 4th floor).

The Penthouse level has four residences, ranging from a 2BR/2.5BA, 2,180 sqft condo to a 2BR+Den/2.5BA condo with 3,147 sqft (there is also a 3BR/3.5BA floor plan that is 2,646 sqft).  Each of the four penthouses also have private "skycap terraces" that range from 316-486 sqft.
