Bird Rock

Bird Rock is the southern most part of La Jolla and is one of the most popular surf spots in San Diego.  This neighborhood of La Jolla offers some of the more affordable homes in 92037, with condos starting around $400K and single family homes ranging between $1M-10M (the median home price is around $1.25M).  Bird Rock is a close knit community and offers local coffee spots, restaurants and shopping - but most widely known for it's great surf.   The neighborhood also has several festivals/events throughout the year, including an annual Tour of Homes and a 4th of July parade.  Traffic is typically slow throughout Bird Rock due to the four roundabouts on La Jolla Blvd.
